billetsys aims to be a modern support ticket solution kept with a minimal easy to use user experience. The goal is to keep the information needed, and display it only in places where needed.
billetsys is based on the https://quarkus.io/ platform (https://openjdk.org/ ) to make future integration to other projects easier.
billetsys is in the very early phase, so there is a lot that a community can help build and make it a more complete solution.
Currently billetsys use four predefined roles
- User: Submitting a ticket for your company and getting it closed
- Technical Account Manager (TAM): Submitting a ticket for the company you are assigned to, and follow all their tickets
- Support: Taking care of the support tickets
- Admin: Controlling the application
but that could of course change in the future.
