mnemosyne systems are excited to announce billetsys 0.1.0.
billetsys is a modern support ticket solution built with a simple goal: Make support work easier for every role involved in the lifecycle of a ticket. From the first issue report to follow-up messages, attachments, status updates, reporting, and administration, the project is designed to keep the workflow clear, fast, and easy to navigate.
This first release brings the foundation of the platform together in one place:
- Five built-in roles: User, Superuser, TAM, Support, and Admin
- Ticket management: Creating, reviewing, updating, and closing support cases
- Message threads: Keep communication attached to the ticket itself
- Attachments: Logs, screenshots, documents, exports, and other supporting files
- Email integration: Support communication and workflow updates
- Articles: Reusable knowledge and support content
- Reports: Operational visibility
- PDF export: Tickets and reporting workflows
- Profile management: User details and account maintenance
- Security features: Including TLS 1.3 support
- Administration screens: Companies, users, categories, entitlements, levels, and versions
- Markdown editing: Cleaner and more expressive ticket and article content
- Role-based navigation: Each user only sees the workflow that matches their responsibilities
What makes billetsys interesting is its focus on the full support experience, not just the ticket record. A requester can open and follow their issue. Support can manage the conversation and evidence. TAM and Superuser roles can stay involved where needed. Admins can manage the structure behind the process. The result is a support system that aims to stay practical for day-to-day work while remaining structured enough for growing teams.
Version 0.1.0 marks the beginning of that journey. It delivers the core product experience, the main operational workflows, and the role-specific foundations needed to grow the platform further.
